The Ultimate Summer Fun: Tomatina Kids

Tomatina isn’t just reserved for grown-ups anymore-now, children can join in the excitement with Tomatina Kids.

The legacy of this event is assured with the seventh edition of “Tomatina Infantil,” a special Tomatina festival just for kids. This year, in 2025, the festivities will kick off on August 27th at 12 PM. Where? Right in the heart of Buñol, at the main square, known as “Plaza del Pueblo.” In the main square of Buñol (“Plaza del Pueblo” Buñol).

La Tomatina Infantil made its debut in 2013, offering children aged 4 to 14 a chance to experience the thrill of La Tomatina in their own way. This kids-only festival takes place on the last Saturday of August, and the “mini-battle” lasts for about 30-40 minutes.

The rules of engagement mirror those of the original Tomatina
Remember to pack towels, spare clothes, and swimming goggles. Children’s skin is more sensitive to the acidity of tomatoes.

This scaled-down celebration offers all the excitement of the main event while prioritizing safety and enjoyment.
